The Praying Leader coaching groups are limited to eight pastors per group. This allows for mutual ministry and application, as well as space for each of the participants to be heard, and known. Commitment requires faithful participation in the coaching calls and completion of course materials.

The Praying Leader sessions will be held on Tuesdays or Thursdays beginning March 28th or 30th, 2023. Groups will meet every other week (when possible) – 7 sessions over 14 weeks.

A two-day intensive, all-expenses-paid experience of being immersed in a local church that exemplifies a culture of prayer. There will be numerous interactions and training with other seasoned pastors, Strategic Renewal Staff, and being equipped with pathways for lasting growth and fellowship.

All coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom. You will be asked to log in each time
preferably with a computer, tablet or smartphone equipped with a camera. All sessions will be recorded
and a link provided for those times when you cannot be on the call. We ensure the privacy of coaching
participants and will not share the recordings with anyone except the actual participants in the specific
group.

This experience is specifically geared toward young male seminarians and church planters who sense a call from the Lord to serve as a lead pastor. While some exceptions can be made based on the discretion of our staff, we are seeking to gather 50 men who are at or under the age of 30.

We will be hosting a live stream event that coincides with 6:7-Resilience that includes main sessions, online workshops, and lobby interactions.  This segment of the event will not only be live, but portions of it will be recorded and available for access after the event.
