LEAD YOUR PEOPLE INTO A FRESH MOVE OF GOD
A coaching program for pastors providing a biblical pathway to stronger spiritual leadership, prayer, and effective ministry for you and your church.
BECOME THE CONFIDENT SPIRITUAL LEADER GOD MADE YOU TO BE
We know you want to be an empowered pastor, ministering effectively to the people God has entrusted to your care. The problem is, you’re just getting started in your ministry, or you’re in a season where you feel worn down. You’re unsure what to do because you don’t have a clear path to a fresh vision of where God is leading your church, leaving you feeling inadequate and discouraged.
We get it. Leading a church is hard. You should have the tools and resources you need in any season to feel empowered and confident as a pastor in leading your people to the next move of God in your community.
THE PATHWAY TO STRONGER LEADERSHIP IS THROUGH BECOMING A PRAYING LEADER
The world has deceived us into thinking we need to be more skilled, intelligent, or professional to be successful leaders. While these desires are noble, these methods will only take you so far.
If you want to experience real empowerment and fruitfulness in your ministry, we must get back to a biblical path of leadership in becoming praying leaders.
Since 2017, we’ve partnered with leaders in denominational circles to send over 700 pastors through The Praying Leader.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE INSIDE THE PRAYING LEADER COHORT

As a lead pastor for nearly three decades, Daniel Henderson saw it all. His pastoral assignments brought him face-to-face with the real challenges of local church ministry: traditionalism, stagnation, divisions, wounds from the previous leadership’s failures. But with every new “problem”, God showed Daniel that the answer is always the same. It wasn’t to adapt some other minster’s strategy, but to seek God for the specific need in the moment.
Daniel went on to help several of his own congregations experience transformation and renewal through an extraordinary commitment to prayer. Through this, he has learned and implemented the Biblical processes that any church can use to experience profound spiritual impact in the face of crisis and stagnation.
Lindsay has had as a pastoral focus for the renewal of local churches. His ministry has taken him to several churches which needed fresh direction and renewal from God. Early in his ministry he developed a passion for prayer and seeking the face of God. He has sought to introduce a new style of prayer services into the local church he pastors and they are beginning to enjoy fresh seasons of prayer in concerts and summits. He is often quoted as saying “Prayer is the most difficult thing we do.”
Over the past 40 years their ministry has taken them across Canada to serve churches that were in trouble and needed renewal. Today Lindsay serves as president of Strategic Renewal Canada with a deep desire to see churches across our land experience a heaven sent move of God.
Dennis Henderson left the senior pastorate after 54 years of pastoring to become the North America Director for The 6:4 Fellowship. He continues to consult with his home church, Northlake Church in Lago Vista, Texas, as the Pastor of Kingdom Advancement and Prayer. He and Billie have been married since 1965, and have four adult children and nine grandchildren. Billie and Dennis have a passion to help ministry couples and support the ministry of prayer in the local church through The 6:4 Fellowship.

The Praying Leader coaching groups are limited to eight pastors per group. This allows for mutual ministry and application, as well as space for each of the participants to be heard, and known. Commitment requires faithful participation in the coaching calls and completion of course materials.
