The Prayer Culture Immersion offers an all-expense paid to trip to experience a vibrate prayer culture at a strategic 6:4 church alongside intentional training from The 6:4 Fellowship on prayer! As a participant, chosen for the experience, you will be part of a cohort that will receive training as well as practical application of the tried and true rhythms of what we call Scripture-fed, Spirit-led, worship-based prayer. You will come away with actionable insights, practical resources, and inspiration to drive meaningful change, or make a great beginning, in the church God has called you to pastor. Our immersive approach equips you with tools, resources and friendships to inspire their own prayer life and that of their congregation.

WHAT DOES THE EXPERIENCE LOOK LIKE?
- Prayer Culture Immersion trip to The Brooklyn Tabernacle with time to interact with the pastor and staff.
- Two Day Coaching Intensive for Planters and Seminarians - a short-term live and in-person event to be held on a campus that demonstrates a culture of prayer.
- Provides participants with the vision and the basic tools for developing an Acts 6.1-7 ministry.

9:00am – Teaching Session #1 – Culture of Prayer: Experience a prayer altar time as it occurs during a weekly GF worship service with opportunity for the pastors to come to the altar and be prayed over.

11:00am – Prayer Experience #2: Grace Fellowship Staff Prayer: Experience a typical GF staff prayer meeting.

Noon – Prayer Experience #3: Experience a typical monthly Katy Pastors Prayer Luncheon at a local church. Eat lunch together and pray for that church.

1:30pm – Prayer Experience #4: Presentation by Pastor Tim Barker followed by an experiential prayer walk in the Katy Community Fellowship Prayer Park.

3:00pm – Teaching Session #2: Details of Prayer Ministries: Grace Fellowship Prayer Staff presents the practical details of several of their prayer ministries (Audience of One, Healing Prayer, Prophetic Prayer, Freedom Ministry, War Room, etc.)

Frequently Asked Questions
Participants will receive an advanced stipend to cover the cost of their flights, transportation, and meals. Hotel reservations will be booked in advance and each room will have two beds and be occupied/shared by two participants.
For those who apply and are selected, YES! Due to generous donors who have a passionate heart for investing in the next generation of church leaders, this entire experience has been underwritten so that we can maximize the impact of this experience.
A two-day intensive, all-expenses-paid experience of being immersed in a local church that exemplifies a culture of prayer. There will be numerous interactions and training with other seasoned pastors, Strategic Renewal Staff, and being equipped with pathways for lasting growth and fellowship.
This experience is specifically geared toward young male seminarians and church planters who sense a call from the Lord to serve as a lead pastor. While some exceptions can be made based on the discretion of our staff, we are seeking to gather 50 men who are at or under the age of 30.
