Willie Nolte has pastored for over 35 years, and joined Transformation Ministries (TM) as Mission Lead/CEO in March 2011. TM is a covenanting Association of Churches with a common mission: More Healthy Churches, More Changed Lives. TM was officially formed in 2006, and today they comprise over 230 congregations in thirteen (13) states and Northern Mexico (Tijuana) united around one purpose. Diverse in size, location and ethnicity, TM is committed to provide exceptional leadership training and equipping in a highly relational culture.
