  • Conduct a final S.W.O.T. analysis. Add some specific short and long-term strategies for each. When finished you can compare it to your original assessment to observe the progress made during this coaching course.
    • Strengths – List and briefly describe three current strengths in your current prayer leadership efforts. In your strategy statements, clarify how you hope to build on these strengths.
    • Weaknesses – List and briefly describe three current weaknesses in your current prayer ministry efforts. In your strategy statements, clarify how you hope to address and strengthen these weaknesses.
    • Opportunities – List and briefly describe three key opportunities for growth that you see in the next couple of years. In your strategy statements, clarify how you hope to prepare for and take full advantage of these opportunities.
    • Threats – List and describe three potential threats to the advancement of a prayer culture in the coming years. In your strategy statements, clarify how you hope to prayerfully and wisely avert these threats.
